  • Payment gateway: Card payments are processed securely through Bank Alfalah Alfa Payment Gateway (APG) and other licensed partners. We do not store complete card numbers or CVV codes.

  • No cryptocurrency: We do not accept cryptocurrency or wallets that facilitate crypto transactions (e.g., Skrill in crypto mode).

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy (available in the footer and at checkout). Order cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch.
