Refund & Exchange Policy — Centurro

At Centurro, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange as described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products under these conditions:

  • Time Frame: Within 14 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase date (for in-store orders).

  • Condition: Unused, unopened, in original packaging and resalable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: Required (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice number).

  • Non-returnable items: Custom or specially formulated products, used items, final-sale goods, and gift cards.

2. Return Process

  1. Email returns@centurro.pk within 14 days to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product to:
     Centurro Returns Department, Calvary Ground, Lahore, Pakistan.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. We will inspect returned products before issuing a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refund amount: Original purchase price only (excluding shipping fees unless our error).

  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument used.

  • Bank Alfalah APG Refunds: For card transactions processed via Bank Alfalah Alfa Payment Gateway, refunds may take 7–14 working days to appear depending on your bank.

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping and offer full refund or replacement.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after receipt and approval of the returned product.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, indicate this in your return request. Customer pays shipping for change-of-mind exchanges; Centurro pays for exchanges due to our error.

5. Consumer Rights

This policy complies with Pakistani Consumer Protection laws. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
