1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order easily on our website www.centurro.pk:
- Browse our product categories.
- Add your desired items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery information and choose a payment method.
- Confirm your order — you’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s placed.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
- Visa & Mastercard debit/credit cards via Bank Alfalah’s Alfa Payment Gateway (APG)
- JazzCash & Easypaisa mobile wallets
- Direct bank transfers (for approved orders)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available

3. Are my online payments secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Bank Alfalah Alfa Payment Gateway, which uses PCI DSS–certified encryption and SSL/TLS security.
We never store your card information — transactions are handled directly by the payment processor.
We also do not accept cryptocurrency or unregulated payment methods like Skrill (crypto mode), Payoneer, or Binance Pay to ensure compliance with Pakistani financial regulations.
4. Where do you deliver and how long does shipping take?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through verified courier partners.
- Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad: 2–4 working days
- Other major cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote areas: Up to 7–10 working days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
5. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping costs is Rs. 200 on Orders below Rs. 2,000 and it will be shown at checkout before payment. Orders above Rs. 2,000 is qualify for free delivery.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days for card transactions processed via Bank Alfalah APG.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact returns@centurro.pk within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. How can I check my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
You can track it directly on the courier’s website using that number.
9. What are your customer service hours?
