This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our official website www.centurro.pk or in-store.

We strive to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every customer.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Verification: All orders are subject to verification, including product availability and payment authorization.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders received after 3 PM PKT are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Punjab (main cities) 2 – 3 business days
Sindh & KPK 3 – 5 business days
Baluchistan / Remote Areas 4 – 7 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, extreme weather, or courier-service disruptions.
We will always do our best to keep you informed of any changes.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Rate: Flat rate PKR 200 per order for nationwide delivery.

  • Free Shipping: on orders over PKR 2,000.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) appear at checkout before payment.


5. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with TCS, Leopard Courier, Trax, M&P and Call Courier for secure nationwide deliveries.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey at any time.


6. Delivery Address & Attempts

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.

  • Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your parcel is lost, delayed, or received damaged, please contact us at support@centurro.pk within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.

  • We will open a courier investigation and either:

    • Re-ship the item, or

    • Issue a full refund (as per our Refund Policy).

  • Centurro is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier circumstances beyond our control.


8. Order Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage or leakage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.


9. International Shipping

At present, Centurro ships only within Pakistan.
International orders will be rejected automatically.
