At Centurro (Pakistan), your payment security and peace of mind are our top priorities. We use secure, regulated, and compliant payment processing partners to ensure every transaction is safe and transparent.

1. Secure Online Payment Processing

All online payments on www.centurro.pk are processed through Bank Alfalah’s Alfa Payment Gateway (APG) and other licensed payment partners such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Our payment gateway partners are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified and adhere to State Bank of Pakistan’s digital payment regulations.

Centurro does not have access to or store your full card information such as CVV, expiry date, or card number. All such data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the secure payment processor through an SSL/TLS connection.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (via Bank Alfalah Alfa Payment Gateway)

  • Local wallet payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa)

  • Direct bank transfers (selected banks in Pakistan)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3. Prohibited Payment Methods

For your safety and compliance with Pakistani financial regulations, we do not accept or process payments via cryptocurrency, virtual wallets, or foreign payment services that enable crypto transactions, such as Skrill (crypto mode) or Binance Pay.

Only payments made through licensed Pakistani gateways and regulated banking channels are supported.

4. Payment Verification

To prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions:

  • Bank Alfalah’s gateway may require OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

  • Transactions may be subject to fraud monitoring and KYC checks as per SBP and Bank Alfalah requirements.

  • Orders may be held or canceled if payment verification fails or irregular activity is detected.

5. Refunds & Reversals

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and credited to the original payment method used.
Refunds made through Bank Alfalah APG or other gateways typically reflect within 7–14 working days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and payment information collected during checkout is handled per our Privacy Policy and used solely for order fulfillment and fraud prevention purposes.

We use SSL encryption, firewall-protected servers, and secure data centers to safeguard all customer data.
